本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「Rocket eTicket」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 開発者による情報収集

本アプリは、開発者が利用者の個人情報やチケット情報を収集・保存するためのサーバーを持ちません。登録されたチケット（画像・PDF・日時・座席・メモ・写真など）は、すべて利用者の端末内、および利用者自身のiCloudアカウント（プライベートデータベース）にのみ保存されます。開発者がこれらのデータにアクセスすることはできません。

2. AIによるチケット情報の抽出

チケットのタイトル・日時・会場などの自動抽出は、Appleのオンデバイス AI（Foundation Models）および文字認識（Vision）を用いて、すべて端末内で処理されます。チケット画像やその内容が、開発者または第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

3. 外部への通信

本アプリが端末の外部と通信するのは、次の場合に限られます。

• iCloudによる同期（Apple / CloudKit）
• カレンダー・通知・マップ表示・移動時間の計算などAppleのシステムサービスの利用
• 利用者が追加したWebリンクのプレビュー取得（該当Webサイトへのアクセス）
• サブスクリプションの購入・復元（App Store / StoreKit）。支払いはAppleが処理し、開発者が氏名やカード情報などを受け取ることはありません

4. 利用する端末の権限

• カメラ — 紙のチケットのスキャン
• 写真 — チケット画像の取り込み、バーコード画像の保存
• カレンダー — チケットの予定の同期
• 位置情報（利用中のみ） — 会場までの移動時間の計算と出発時刻の通知
• 通知 — 開演前などのリマインダー

いずれも該当する機能を利用する場合にのみ使用し、これらのデータが外部へ送信されることはありません。

5. 分析ツール・広告

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。

6. データの削除

チケットはアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除し、iOSの設定からiCloud上の本アプリのデータを削除することで、すべてのデータを消去できます。

8. 改定

This policy describes how the iOS app "Rocket eTicket" (the "App") handles user information.

1. Data Collection by the Developer

The App has no developer-operated server that collects or stores personal information. Your tickets (images, PDFs, dates, seats, memos, photos, etc.) are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud account (private database). The developer cannot access this data.

2. On-Device AI Extraction

Automatic extraction of ticket details (title, date, venue, etc.) is performed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device AI (Foundation Models) and text recognition (Vision). Ticket images and their contents are never sent to the developer or any third-party server.

3. Network Communication

The App communicates externally only for: iCloud sync (Apple / CloudKit); Apple system services such as Calendar, notifications, Maps, and travel-time calculation; fetching previews of web links you add; and subscription purchases via the App Store (payment is processed by Apple, and the developer never receives your name or payment details).

4. Device Permissions

Camera (scanning paper tickets), Photos (importing ticket images, saving barcode images), Calendar (syncing ticket events), Location while using the app (calculating travel time to the venue), and Notifications (reminders). Each is used only for the corresponding feature, and none of this data leaves your device.

5. Analytics and Advertising

The App uses no analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete tickets in the App at any time. Deleting the App and removing its iCloud data in iOS Settings erases all data.
